Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Our client is the German subsidiary of globally recognized leader in machine vision technology and industrial automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre\-Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team throughout the sales cycle to design and recommend optimal vision proposals, including cameras, lighting, optics, software, etc
- Technical Demonstrations: Design and execute in\-lab tests, customer\-site demonstrations, and presentations at trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
- Post\-Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support to existing customers using tools like CRM, email, phone, and MS Teams. Troubleshoot issues on\-site and deliver timely, effective resolutions.
- Customer Engagement: Travel to customer sites across the designated territory for pre and post\-sales visits, ensuring seamless implementation and fostering long\-term relationships.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine vision, industrial automation, technical support, or field service engineering.
- Hands\-on experience with industrial cameras, vision lighting, lenses, and vision software
- Customer\-oriented with a proactive, responsible, and solution\-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
