Technical Services Manager

We are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager who will provide Contract supervision- Ensuring compliance, performance and technical standards are met across the Contract.
As the Technical Services Manager, you will
- Participate in regular Reviews of work undertaken by the Engineering team and reviews of Engineer and Sub-Contractor paperwork for quality assurance purposes.
- Complete Internal Audits of the site log books and the ELogbooks CAFM system.
- Attend regular audits of Mobile and Static sites on the contract to support and advise the client external auditors.
- Support the Operations Manager to ensure the Contract is compliant, resourced correctly and is meeting out obligations as a business.
- Provide technical support to Engineers and Supervisors across the Contract to resolve complex problems.
- Act as an Authorised Person, responsible for safe systems of work where required.
- A technical background, either mechanically or electrically qualified, with strong experience in building services engineering.
- An excellent knowledge of statutory compliance within FM (Fire, Water, Gas, FGAS, M&E).
- Good knowledge of the SFG20 maintenance program and requirements of commercial buildings.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent communications skills with good verbal and written communication.
