Your Contribution

As a travelling technical sales representative, you will be responsible for organising and delivering training courses on the Service Solutions product range (workshop equipment) for professionals and making offers to our network of distributors. You will also participate in trade shows to promote products and represent the group. In this role, your main tasks will be as follows:

Focus on your area for the MAHLE and BrainBee workshop equipment ranges.

Encourage the existing sales network, seek out new opportunities, and strengthen the group's presence in the field

Drafting commercial offers in line with the market, respecting margins and in agreement with management

Provide technical support with live demonstrations, if necessary, to the distributor's sales team or in the workshop to support the distributor's sales team.

Collaborate regularly with technical support in France, providing feedback to improve products based on reported needs

Contribute to the installation of products at customer sites if necessary.

Inform distributors on the use of products.

Organise training sessions on the products, services and support offered by the group, both at customer sites and at the company's premises. These training sessions will be delivered in conjunction with technical support in France.

Examine customer shortcomings and identify areas for improvement.

Identify the right products for each customer and strengthen their confidence in the Group's products.

Participate in trade shows.

Monitor the activities of competing brands and report back to your manager.

Protect the image of the company and the Group by identifying and reporting any malicious activities in order to avoid damaging the image of the company or the Group.

Your experience \& qualifications

Dual technical and commercial skills required. A born sales developer, you enjoy the challenges of a sales career.

Technical knowledge of the automotive sector and the workshop equipment and spare parts market environment is appreciated.

This full\-time position requires you to be available for daily travel within your region.

If you have excellent communication skills and a genuine sense of customer service, and are known for being independent, thorough and a team player, join our teams!

You must live in the relevant region, i.e. south\-west or west France.

Desirable skills: Technical knowledge of products, teaching skills for running training courses, proficiency in IT tools.
