Salary: From £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with customers across European markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and converting new business opportunities
- Developing sales strategies for your target market
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Creating tailored proposals and negotiating commercially successful deals
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
- Reporting on activity, performance and market feedback
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Speak fluent German, Spanish, Italian or French
- Have a successful sales background, ideally within B2B sales
- Are driven, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Enjoy creating your own opportunities and winning new business
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Are proactive, commercially aware and motivated by results
- Starting salary of £35,000
