  • Experience in areas like large scale program management, compliance, assurance, risk management, audit, communication strategy, and PgM generalist work.

  • Experience and confidence in interacting with various government and regulatory bodies.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate and defend simple and impactful messages/insights from complex analysis.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job\-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €104000 \- €106000 (EUR) \+ 15% bonus target \+ equity \+ benefits

--------------------

  • Coordinate proactive assurance programs, manage localized external audits, and translate global risk/compliance frameworks into localized execution.

  • Coordinate the regional assurance calendar. Facilitate proactive testing by the 1LoD to validate control effectiveness outside of formal audit cycles.

  • Manage and drive specialized risk and compliance programs dedicated to highly specific country\-level mandates, ensuring precise local execution.

  • When localized assurance testing reveals a control gap or an unmitigated risk, partner directly with 1LoD site leads to flag and implement a practical fix before it becomes an audit finding.

  • Translate master global policies into actionable steps for the 1LoD, ensuring testing rubrics are physically executable for sites facing bespoke local mandates.
