The company are a telecoms solutions provider specialising in fixed and wireless communications, offering end-to-end support including fibre infrastructure, product supply, manufacturing, and logistics services to support network deployment and operations.

The role involves managing the technical department, developing customer solutions from drawings and specifications in a client-facing capacity. You will troubleshoot issues, work closely with production teams to deliver projects, and act as the main technical point of contact while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role would suit someone from a Telecoms background with supervisory or management experience looking to step into a senior position within a well-established company and help drive growth within the business.
