In this role you will work with set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager, building trusted\-adviser relationships, and providing input, guidance and steering them to make the right long\-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in different environments.

  • Have experience in client\-facing roles

  • You should be able to deliver tasks to meet deadlines

  • Always deliver your work in line with best practice

  • You should be up to date with the latest Microsoft Technologies with knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud being essential

  • Intermediate\-Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365/Office 365, Hyper\-V and other virtualisation platforms.

  • Experience of setting up and supporting on premise server hardware and software, including Exchange, firewalls, antivirus, backup expertise and networking skills.
