Technical Document Controller and Customer Liaison
The UN1F1ED² Global Packaging Group Testing Department performs packaging performance testing in an ISTA, ASTM and ISO 17025 certified laboratory. Due to the growth of our department, we are seeking a Technical Document Controller.
This is a complex role requiring diverse skills and experience in interdisciplinary fields. The successful candidate will make a significant contribution to our Testing Department’s daily workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
*Collaboration*: Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to facilitate the timely flow of technical information.
*Document Control \& Lifecycle Management*: Manage, track, and control all technical, project, and company documents (hard copy and electronic) from creation to disposal. Review client\-provided test protocols and provide feedback to engineers and the Testing Department. Provide test\-related documentation (test sequences, worksheets, inspection forms, etc.) to the department.
*Test Report and SOP Creation*: Create test reports and SOPs for internal review in compliance with relevant standards.
*Administration*: Upload test pictures, calibration records and test\-related documents, digital housekeeping.
*Quote Preparation*: Analyze client requirements and technical specifications to create precise, detailed price quotations and request purchase orders.
*Quality Assurance Support*: Assist in preparing for and participating in internal and external laboratory audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience
1\-3\+ years of experience in document control, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Experience in GMP, GDP and laboratory testing is highly advantageous; background in biotech or engineering is a plus.
Education
Minimum Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in business administration, science, engineering, quality or information management preferred.
Language Proficiency
Full professional proficiency in English is essential, including the ability to read and understand extensive test protocols and technical documents as well as excellent verbal communication skills.
Soft Skills
Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication to liaise between technical and non\-technical staff. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Customer Service
Ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally with all stakeholders; proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent escalation; and build and maintain strong relationships with high\-value or demanding clients.
Software Proficiency
Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially SharePoint and Excel for tracking). Experience with ERP and EDMS systems or specialized document control software is a distinct advantage.
Familiarity
Familiarity with ISO 17025 and/or ISTA \& ASTM International standards is a strong advantage.

Pay: €33,000\.00\-€43,000\.00 per year
