Job Description
Provide expert technical support to customers by troubleshooting issues, executing configurations, and ensuring reliable performance of Philips solutions.
Your role:

- Assists customers with resolving technical issues by providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure minimal disruption to their operations, working under general supervision.
- Analyzes customer support requests and technical environments to deliver accurate and effective solutions that enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Supports the implementation and integration of technical solutions by preparing and executing detailed configuration and testing protocols.
- Documents technical resolutions and support procedures thoroughly, ensuring that all team members can access and utilize this information for ongoing support and future projects.
- Contributes to Philips’ collective knowledge by sharing best practices and repeatable processes that improve efficiency across multiple support projects.
- Implements configuration management and version control practices to ensure consistency and reliability in technical support activities.
- Verifies the accuracy and completeness of technical support documentation, ensuring all configurations and updates are properly recorded.
- Responds promptly to customer support inquiries and requests, maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem‑solving skills.

- Experience: You bring strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; no prior work experience is required.
- Skills: You have strengths in technical documentation, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, data analysis, and training delivery. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and teamwork are essential.
- Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Bioengineering (preferably Computer Science).
- How we work together
Onsite roles require full\-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
