A Day in the Life

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Pain Therapies team as a Technical Consultant supporting the territory across Ireland, helping to ensure optimum therapy outcomes for patients.
If you are proactive with the positive, can\-do mindset and a self\-starter who is eager to develop their career and clinical expertise with Medtronic this role is for you.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices
- Provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics
- Perform trouble\-shooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts
- Effectively collaborate with sales, clinical and engineer teams to ensure best use and practices of our devices within key accounts
- Ensure own competitor knowledge remains up to date along with the ability to promote Medtronic products in line with clinician and service needs
- Provide data in line with the weekly business demands
- Degree in Bio\-Science, Radiography, Life\-science, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant, advanced degree (preferably in Neuroscience) preferred
- Healthcare related experience with a commercial mindset
- Experience in clinical or technical interaction with healthcare professionals and patient
- Excellent communication and Influencing skills
- Driving licence
