ROLE CONTEXT
You will join our Professional Services team, made of in\-house consultants dedicated to supporting clients in the adoption and integration of our solutions, specifically around our flagship product, ArgonOS.
ArgonOS is a data operating system designed for high\-stakes use cases (military intelligence, security, economic and social intelligence) as well as private\-sector clients.
Thanks to its scalable architecture, high ingestion capacity, and built\-in visualization and AI tools, ArgonOS enables users, analysts, data scientists, investigators, to efficiently process large volumes of structured and unstructured data. It serves as the common foundation for all our vertical business applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will be to support clients in adopting ArgonOS and to tailor the platform to their operational needs:
- Understand clients' technical and business requirements, and translate them into concrete, implementable solutions.
- Perform specific configurations and developments to customize the platform for client use cases or internal needs (demos, dedicated environments).
- Contribute to the development of new components, features, or graphical views required for specific use cases.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for clients on the Data Preparation layer, and contribute to the creation or update of training materials.
Experience: at least 3 years.
You have a solid background in software development and have already implemented or deployed software solutions in a professional environment.
You are comfortable engaging directly with end clients and have ideally contributed to technical delivery or functional workshops.
Experience in software training delivery is a plus.
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), JavaScript, React, or C\#
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a strong asset for client\-facing activities
- Clear communicator with strong active listening skills in client settings
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to structure your technical approach
- Analytical mindset and a genuine team\-player attitude
