You own the relationship with a portfolio of corporate clients and the creative and technical partners around them, and you turn their event ambitions into technically sound, commercially healthy productions, backed by our Production Team.
Qualifications:
Who you are
===============

*Must\-haves** A first experience in a client\-facing, commercial role, ideally in events, AV or live entertainment.

• Hands\-on technical knowledge of lighting, video and audio.


• Financial awareness: you understand margins, forecasts and payment terms, and you can build a proposal against a budget.


• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and professional English.


• Confident with current software tools, including Vectorworks.

*How you work** You take initiative and work independently, but you know when to pull in the team.

• You keep an overview under pressure and prioritise a demanding workload.


• You negotiate with confidence and respect.


• You are precise: details matter in quotations and on site.

*Nice\-to\-haves** An existing network among Belgian corporate clients, event agencies, lighting designers and technical directors.

Experience with rental or event management software.
Responsibilities:
What you will do
====================

*Client ownership** Be the first point of contact for end corporate clients, event agencies, lighting designers and technical directors: from the first briefing to the post\-event debrief.

• Speak both languages fluently: the client's business language and the designer's technical language.


• Build and maintain long\-term relationships, and actively grow your portfolio through your own network.

*From brief to quotation** Translate a client's outline brief and budget into a clear technical proposal: equipment, crew, transport and planning.

• Calculate and present quotations in line with PRG's pricing policy, and negotiate pricing and specifications.

*From quotation to delivery** Manage project changes and client confirmations, in line with our credit control policy.

• Advise clients on project management, technical specifications, crew schedules and logistics, with the support of our Production Team where needed.

*Commercial follow\-up** + Prepare job forecasts and financial summaries for your accounts.
+ Liaise with Finance on account checks and payment terms.
+ Stay current on PRG's products, services and procedures, and contribute to internal meetings.
