We’re looking for a Tech Sales colleague to join our commercial team and play a pivotal role in our

continued growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer needs and product capability, translating

complex healthcare challenges into solutions that work, both technically and operationally.

Directors, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and routinely with our implementation teams to stay close to how our solutions come to life with real customers. We operate with a high level of trust, clear ownership, and an environment where every voice is heard, and contributions have a real impact on clinicians’ and patients’ lives.

Your role

You’ll lead the technical side of the sales process, from first discovery conversation through solution design, demo, and a signed\-off Statement of Work. Day to day, that means:

  • Discovery \& requirements gathering, partnering with Account Directors and prospective customers
to understand their business objectives, technical needs, and operational challenges.
  • Solution design, leading workshops that guide customers through best practices and technical
feasibility to land on the right solution configuration.
  • Product demonstrations, delivering presentations, and demos that speak to both technical and
business stakeholders. You will learn and become deeply knowledgeable of our products’, also

constantly improving and amazing capabilities!

  • Tender, RFI, and RFP support, contributing technical responses that are accurate and aligned with
what the customer actually needs.
  • Scoping \& estimation, sizing the effort and cost to implement, and driving sign\-off with the relevant
stakeholders through Statements of Work.
  • Cross\-functional collaboration, bringing field insights back to Product, Engineering, and Customer
Success to influence the roadmap, and partnering with Marketing on sales and demo materials.
  • Sales enablement, sharing what works with the wider sales team and helping shape standardized
material like a Tech Sales playbook.
  • Stay close to industry trends and the latest developments within Platform24, building thought
leadership that positions you as a trusted advisor — both internally and with customers.

What you bring

  • 2\+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical
Pre\-sales, or a related role within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • An analytical approach, comfortable diagnosing challenges, designing solutions, and articulating
value clearly.
  • The ability to translate technical capability into business value and ROI for different audiences.

  • A genuine enjoyment of customer\-facing conversations \- you feel confident and at ease whether
you're speaking with a technical lead, a business decision\-maker, or an end user.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge, or a genuine interest in learning it quickly. Familiarity with Swedish
or Nordic or Dutch healthcare is a plus.
  • Comfort collaborating across functions and stakeholder groups.

  • Experience leading projects or coordinating across teams.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English. Danish or Dutch is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Platform24’s products, configuration, and integration options is a plus.
