Tech Sales Specialist, Healthtech

We’re looking for a Tech Sales colleague to join our commercial team and play a pivotal role in our
continued growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer needs and product capability, translating
complex healthcare challenges into solutions that work, both technically and operationally.

Directors, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and routinely with our implementation teams to stay close to how our solutions come to life with real customers. Your role
You’ll lead the technical side of the sales process, from first discovery conversation through solution design, demo, and a signed\-off Statement of Work. Day to day, that means:
- Discovery \& requirements gathering, partnering with Account Directors and prospective customers
- Solution design, leading workshops that guide customers through best practices and technical
- Product demonstrations, delivering presentations, and demos that speak to both technical and
constantly improving and amazing capabilities!
- Tender, RFI, and RFP support, contributing technical responses that are accurate and aligned with
- Scoping \& estimation, sizing the effort and cost to implement, and driving sign\-off with the relevant
- Cross\-functional collaboration, bringing field insights back to Product, Engineering, and Customer
- Sales enablement, sharing what works with the wider sales team and helping shape standardized
- Stay close to industry trends and the latest developments within Platform24, building thought
What you bring
- 2\+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
- An analytical approach, comfortable diagnosing challenges, designing solutions, and articulating
- The ability to translate technical capability into business value and ROI for different audiences.
- A genuine enjoyment of customer\-facing conversations \- you feel confident and at ease whether
- Healthcare domain knowledge, or a genuine interest in learning it quickly. Familiarity with Swedish
- Comfort collaborating across functions and stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading projects or coordinating across teams.
- Fluency in Swedish and English. Danish or Dutch is a plus.
- Familiarity with Platform24’s products, configuration, and integration options is a plus.
