What You’ll Do..
As a Tech Lead within the Clausewitz team, you will combine hands-on programming with technical leadership, ensuring the team delivers stable, scalable, and high-performing systems that empower our game teams. You’ll collaborate closely with programmers and other disciplines to drive technical direction, improve workflows, and support the long-term evolution of our technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to programmers within the team
Define and drive the technical vision for engine systems and tools
Support the team in delivering stable, scalable, and high-performance solutions
Collaborate with game teams and other disciplines to improve workflows and development efficiency
Help the team maintain development velocity while ensuring high code quality
What We’re Looking For
Strong C++ programming expertise, preferably within the game industry
Experience working with proprietary engines and complex technical systems
Leadership experience through mentoring, technical ownership, or leading teams
Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and scalable architectures
Comfortable working with multithreaded and cross-platform systems
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in English
