Your missions:
Our customer is looking for a hands\-on Tech Lead to guide the development of our next\-generation software solutions.
As a key member of our technology team, you will combine technical leadership with active development, helping to shape architecture, mentor developers, and deliver high\-quality applications built with modern technologies.

Key Responsabilities:
- Lead the design and development of modern web applications and APIs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Drive architecture decisions and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high\-quality deliverables.
- Support the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stack.
- Contribute to document management, archiving, and data lifecycle solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

The ideal profile would have:
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Agile mindset and collaborative approach.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of microservices architectures.
- Interest in software security and performance optimization.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
