TEAMLEITUNG SACHBEARBEITUNG WARENAUSGANG (M/W/D)

DEIN AUFGABEN:

• Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung des Teams im Warenausgang


• Steuerung und Priorisierung der täglichen administrativen Abläufe


• Sicherstellung termingerechter und vollständiger Versandabwicklung


• Kontrolle von Versand- und Frachtdokumenten sowie Systembuchungen


• Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessstandards


• Ansprechpartner für operative Themen und Eskalationen


• Abstimmung mit Lager, Transport und externen Dienstleistern


• Unterstützung bei Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeitender

DEIN PROFIL

• Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder kaufmännisch


• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Warenausgang / Versand / Logistik


• Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Vorteil


• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Lager-/ERP-Systemen


• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit


• Hohe Service- und Qualitätsorientierung


• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
