Ihre Aufgaben:

Führung \& Organisation

• Führen und Entwickeln der Mitarbeitenden im technischen Bereich


• Personaleinsatz\- und Schichtplanung inkl. Bereitschaftsdienst


• Sicherstellung der Prozessqualität und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP)


• Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung bei Mitarbeitergesprächen


• Organisation und Leitung technischer Teamsitzungen

• Organisation und Leitung von Wartungs\-, Unterhalts\- und Reparaturarbeiten

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften (EKAS)


• Koordination externer Dienstleister und Wartungsverträge


• Verantwortung für Instandhaltungsplanung sowie Materialbeschaffung


• Mitarbeit an technischen Projekten und Optimierungslösungen

• Teilnahme am Pikettdienst


• Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten (FR/CH)

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre (z. B. Betriebselektriker / Elektromechaniker)


• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Instandhaltung (Kran\-/Hebeanlagen)


• Führungserfahrung von Vorteil


• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office


• Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse


• Führerausweis Kategorie B


• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise


• Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Verantwortungsvolle Führungsrolle im technischen Umfeld
