Job Description

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des PPC\-Teams und sorgen für eine reibungslose, effiziente und termingerechte Produktionsplanung. Sie steuern Kapazitäten, treiben die enge Abstimmung zwischen Vertrieb und Produktion voran und stellen sicher, dass Kundenanforderungen optimal in die Umsetzung überführt werden. Mit einem klaren Fokus auf Lean\-Methoden und kontinuierliche Verbesserung optimieren Sie Prozesse und steigern nachhaltig die Leistungsfähigkeit entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

Responsibilities

• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des PPC\-Teams mit aktuell 4 Mitarbeitenden


• Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Optimierung der Produktionsplanung sowie Sicherstellung einer stabilen, effizienten und termingerechten Lieferung


• Planung und Steuerung von Kapazitäten (Maschinen, Personal, Material), Identifikation von Engpässen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen


• Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb und Produktion zur Abstimmung von Kundenbedarfen und Prioritäten


• Übersetzung von Kundenbedarfen in umsetzbare Produktionspläne


• Sicherstellung abgestimmter Produktions\-, Kapazitäts\- und Lieferziele


• Anwendung von Lean\-Prinzipien und kontinuierliche Verbesserung zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Durchfluss und Leistungsfähigkeit


• Überwachung und Verbesserung zentraler KPIs (insbesondere OTIF) um Transparenz, Ursachenanalyse und eine nachhaltige Leistungssteigerung sicherzustellen

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich mit erfolgreicher Weiterqualifizierung zum Techniker / Meister oder abgeschlossenes technisches Studium


• Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung in Produktion, Produktionsplanung oder vergleichbarem Umfeld


• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktions\-, Kapazitäts\- und Materialplanung von Vorteil


• Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld (inkl. Gemba\-Verständnis wünschenswert)


• Gute Kenntnisse in Lean\-Methoden (Flow, Kaizen, Standardarbeit etc.)


• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eigenständiges Arbeiten


• Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Weitblick und Hands\-on\-Mentalität


• Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen


• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
