Als Team Leader DC2 ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele verwerking van uitgaande goederenstromen door op efficiënte wijze de activiteiten en medewerkers van het team te coachen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de resultaten van je eigen team en voor de coördinatie van de activiteiten met de collega's binnen het EDC. Je bent bereidt in wisselende shiften te werken van 06:00 tot 14:00 en 14:00 tot 22:00\.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Werkorganisatie: Efficiënte afstemming van resources op orderplanning, opstarten/stilleggen van het warehouse, verlofregelingen, aanvragen van tijdelijk personeel en afstemming met andere teams.


• People Management: Leiden van het team, inclusief werving, training, coaching en evaluatie van medewerkers.


• Incident management: Direct reageren op incidenten en problemen, uitvoeren van kleine interventies en coördineren van grote interventies.


• Communicatie: Verzekeren van een correcte doorstroming van informatie naar alle betrokken partijen, deelname aan meetings en opvolging van uitgaande zendingen.


• Projecten: Deelnemen aan projecten om de efficiëntie van het EDC te maximaliseren.


• Kwaliteit: Implementeren en opvolgen van afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen, identificeren en oplossen van problemen, en rapporteren naar bevoegde personen.


• Beveiliging \& veiligheid: Naleven van beveiligingsnormen, rapporteren van probleemsituaties en actieve bijdrage aan een veilige werkplaats.

• Ervaring in een warehouse met technische vaardigheden.


• Je bent bereidt in wisselende shiften te werken van wekelijks 06:00 tot 14:00 en 14:00 tot 22:00\.


• Inzicht in processen, systemen en werkmethodes


• People manager met sterke communicatievaardigheden.


• Teamspeler met achtergrond in automatisering en leiderschapsexpertise.

Salary Range Information
