What does your day look like in the role of our Teamlead (m/f/d):
- Control and monitor all processes in your area and initiate measures to achieve KPIs
- Supporting the coordination of employee planning in close cooperation with superiors
- You take on technical, disciplinary and organizational responsibility for employees
- Coordination and implementation of training courses
- Reporting on team performance to superiors in daily and weekly company meetings
- You have extensive experience in successfully leading teams
- We are looking for a committed person who takes responsibility and is able to make informed decisions to achieve goals
- You are an inspiring personality who influences other employees through your behavior and performance
- You are able to lead and motivate a team from within. Your leadership skills are critical to realizing the full potential of the team
- You cultivate a respectful working atmosphere and are loyal to your employees and superiors
- You should be comfortable with both English and German
- You are willing to work shifts
