The Recipe
As part of our Banbury team, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, helping ensure our products are ready to reach customers across the UK. But this isn’t just about picking bread—this is about being a key player in a fast\-paced, quality\-driven environment.
You’ll:
Support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching.
Take ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks.
Help coordinate shift activity and support new starters.
Champion health \& safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth running of the shift.
About Us
In Banbury you’ll find our newly built distribution and consolidation centre, situated on the junction of the M40, giving us the very best access to the UK’s motorway network. With almost 200 drivers and warehouse colleagues working on various shift patterns, it’s the biggest purpose\-built distribution site for Warburtons, at 85,000 square feet.
We are currently delivering over 4 million items to our customers and Cross Docking 85,000 stacks of bread, this is equivalent to 559 double deck trailers or 965 single deck trailers, every four weeks. And we’re still growing!
Banbury is now a dedicated Test Centre for License Acquisition, developing our own talented bunch of drivers and supporting them through their required driving licences.
