- Be the ambassador of Loro Piana to our clients, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, heritage and the cultural values which are an intricate part of our Maison.
- Express enthusiasm for the heritage, stories and products of LP and promote their craftmanship, uniqueness and exceptional value.
- Ensure high standards of store environment, visual presentation and operational excellence in all activities.
- Drive sales performance within assigned area by setting targets, monitoring results and implementing actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to optimize assortment, product placement and business opportunities Oversee daily operations within the area, ensuring smooth execution, stock management and alignment with procedures.
- Guarantee compliance with company policies and regulations, supporting efficient workflows and coordination with operations teams.
- Ensure strong client experience and a client\-centric culture, leveraging client feedback and service tools to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Guide team members in delivering consistent and high\-quality client experience.
- Recruit, lead and develop the team through coaching, training and performance feedback to ensure engagement and growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting LVMH values and a strong service culture.
- Support team capability building by identifying training needs and guiding team members in delivering high\-quality client experience.
