Team Manager - Central Mental Health Liaison
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and passionate Team Manager to join the Manchester Mental Health Liaison Team ( MHLT).
The MHLT based in Manchester Royal infirmary Hospital, is a PLAN accredited Liaison Service offering a comprehensive range of mental health specialties within one multi\-disciplinary team so that all patients, regardless of age, with a suspected or actual mental health problem can be assessed, treated, signposted , or referred appropriately regardless of age, presenting complaint, time of presentation or severity.
The successful candidate will manage the day\-to\-day running of the service ensuring safe, high quality care delivery in\-line with the agreed service KPIs. They will manage day \- to \- day operational tasks within the team, such as providing line management supervision and HR \- related tasks , and demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a focus on staff development and well\-being.
