<p>We are looking for an experienced people manager to lead our media activation team and help shape the way we activate campaigns across both offline and online media.</p>
<p>This is a new role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to build and develop a team while working at the intersection of media, data, technology and activation.</p>
<p><strong>Your role as a team manager activation</strong></p>
<p>As a real people manager, you will lead a team of up to 8 media and analytics professionals. You will be responsible for creating the right environment for your team to perform, develop their expertise and deliver high-quality media activation.</p>
<p>The role has a strong cross-media focus, covering both offline and digital channels, with a particular emphasis on video.</p>
<p><strong>What Will Your Mission Look Like?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 8 people, with a strong focus on engagement, growth and performance.</li>
<li>Set priorities and manage the team's workload and capacity across multiple projects and campaigns.</li>
<li>Oversee the planning and organisation of processes, workflows and timesheets.</li>
<li>Drive collaboration between different media disciplines, bringing offline and online activation together.</li>
<li>Help further develop our approach to cross-media activation, with a particular focus on video.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p>
<p>You are an experienced people manager who combines strong leadership skills with a solid understanding of the media landscape.</p>
<p>You don't necessarily need to be the deepest technical expert in every area, but you understand how media activation works and enjoy working with analytical and data-driven professionals.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who:</p>
<ul>
<li>Has proven experience managing and developing a team.</li>
<li>Has experience in media, media activation, advertising, analytics or a related environment.</li>
<li>Is organized, solution and process oriented</li>
<li>Has a strong interest in video and digital media.</li>
<li>Can balance people management with operational responsibility.</li>
<li>Is fluent in Dutch and English OR French and English.</li>
