About the Role
Signature Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor for their branch in North Glasgow.
This is a permanent, hands-on leadership role where you’ll supervise a customer service team, ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service while also driving improvements to processes, systems and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a customer service team, setting clear expectations and workloads
- Oversee day-to-day customer enquiries and transactions across hire and sales activity
- Ensure customer systems are kept accurate and up to date
- Monitor service levels and support improvements against agreed SLAs
- Support process improvements and the implementation of new systems
- Proven experience supervising or leading a customer service team
- Experience working in fast-paced, service-led environments
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence using customer service systems and Excel-based reporting
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- 37.5 hours/week
- North Glasgow
- Hybrid working (after an initial period full time on site to embed)
