Team Leader (Qualified Level 3 or 4)- Branston House

The Opportunity

Join a therapeutic, child\-centred team at Branston House as a Team Leader, helping

to shape safe, nurturing experiences for children aged 8–17\. Our approach is

grounded in the PACE model, and we use trauma\-informed practice to understand

behaviour and support healing.

You will lead shifts, support staff, and model compassionate, reflective care in line

with our therapeutic ethos.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and support staff to provide care through a PACE\-based, trauma\-

informed approach.

 Deliver high\-quality daily care, record keeping, and support plans.

 Promote emotional safety, trust, and regulation in children with complex

needs.

 Collaborate with families, therapists, and professionals to achieve positive

outcomes.

 Support training, supervision, and development of junior staff.

Requirements

 Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (required)

 At least 1 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting

 Understanding of therapeutic care, trauma, and attachment theory

 Great team player with strong leadership and reflective practice skills

 Full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS
