Team Leader (Qualified Level 3 or 4)- Branston House
The Opportunity
Join a therapeutic, child\-centred team at Branston House as a Team Leader, helping
to shape safe, nurturing experiences for children aged 8–17\. Our approach is
grounded in the PACE model, and we use trauma\-informed practice to understand
behaviour and support healing.
You will lead shifts, support staff, and model compassionate, reflective care in line
with our therapeutic ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support staff to provide care through a PACE\-based, trauma\-
informed approach.
Deliver high\-quality daily care, record keeping, and support plans.
Promote emotional safety, trust, and regulation in children with complex
needs.
Collaborate with families, therapists, and professionals to achieve positive
outcomes.
Support training, supervision, and development of junior staff.
Requirements
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (required)
At least 1 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting
Understanding of therapeutic care, trauma, and attachment theory
Great team player with strong leadership and reflective practice skills
Full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS
