We’re opening Sweden’s first MINISO store at Westfield Mall of Scandinavia and looking for a Team Leader to help build a welcoming, enthusiastic team. Join us from the beginning and help shape the experience our customers will return for.

Our new store at Westfield Mall of Scandinavia is part of Anvol, the retail group behind XS Leksaker and Build\-A\-Bear Workshop in Sweden. Join us at the beginning of this new chapter.

The Team Leader role

As Team Leader, you set the tone on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support your colleagues and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll help the team greet every customer warmly, offer attentive advice and recognize when someone simply wants space to explore.

Your main responsibilities

· Lead by example in customer service and help every visitor feel welcome.

· Coordinate daily tasks, communicate priorities and support the team during busy periods.

· Welcome and train new colleagues in products, service and store routines.

· Coach the team to make thoughtful recommendations and build customer confidence.

· Follow sales performance and help the team work towards shared goals.

· Maintain high standards of presentation, replenishment and stockroom organization.

· Help resolve customer questions and concerns calmly and professionally.

· Build a positive working environment where colleagues support each other and take responsibility.

Who we’re looking for

· You have retail experience and experience leading or supporting a team.

· You enjoy helping colleagues to learn, grow in confidence and do their best work.

· You’re approachable, organized and comfortable taking initiative.

· You can prioritize, communicate clearly and stay calm when the store gets busy.

· You combine a genuine interest in customers with an understanding of sales and store performance.

· You communicate confidently in Swedish and English and enjoy working alongside your team on the shop floor.

A little extra enthusiasm

An interest in character worlds, film, anime, collectibles and trends from Asian pop culture is a welcome plus. You don’t need to know every collection: curiosity and the ability to turn enthusiasm into engaging service will help you inspire both colleagues and customers.

Working at MINISO

You’ll help establish a new store and its team from the beginning, with training in MINISO’s products, service approach and store routines. This is a varied role where you can put your retail experience into practice, develop colleagues and help build a store people enjoy visiting and working in.

Working hours and employment type

This is a full\-time position.

Planned start date: the end of November 2026\.
