We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Female Team Leader to join our amazing supported living service in Swadlincote, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, supports their team to succeed, and is passionate about delivering high\-quality, person\-centred care.

As a Team Leader, you'll work closely with the Deputy Manager and Service Manager to ensure the service runs safely, effectively, and in line with our high standards.
You'll lead shifts, support your colleagues on the floor, and help create a positive environment where the people we support can live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support the day\-to\-day running of the service
- Role model person\-centred care and positive practice
- Implement care plans and behaviour support strategies
- Support, coach, and develop Support Workers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Promote independence and positive outcomes
- Oversee medication, health \& safety, and risk management
- Build relationships with families and professionals
- Support quality standards and CQC compliance

- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
- Team\-leading or senior support experience
- Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Understanding of CQC standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Level 3 Diploma in Health \& Social Care
- CPI, MAPA, MAYBO, or NAPPI training (or willingness to complete)
- Full UK Driving Licence (where required)
