6\-10pm, 14 hours per week over a 2 week rota

Summary

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our compassionate team at Bare Hall Residential Care Home. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, and leading a dedicated team to foster a nurturing atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.


• Supervise daily activities and ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.


• Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.


• Monitor resident care plans and make adjustments as necessary to meet individual needs.


• Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well\-being and dignity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles, preferably in a care setting.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Experience dealing with medication.


• A compassionate approach to elderly care with a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life.
