What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a high\-performing recruitment team, ensuring delivery against hiring targets, quality standards and timelines;
- Drive end\-to\-end recruitment for high\-volume technology roles, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience;
- Act as the main point of escalation for complex hiring needs, stakeholder alignment and process challenges;
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies;
- Oversee and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability and alignment with best practices;
- Manage team performance, including coaching, development and continuous feedback to recruiters;
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g. time\-to\-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance) to drive data\-driven decisions;
- Ensure effective use of recruitment systems and tools across the team;
- Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies for technology profiles;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards across all recruitment activities;
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (HR, onboarding, operations) to ensure a smooth hiring process and candidate journey.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable field
- 7\+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on technology roles;
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams and delivering in high\-volume environments;
- Strong understanding of tech profiles (e.g. Software Engineering, Data, SAP) and market dynamics;
- Experience using recruitment systems and tools in a professional environment;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed;
- Experience in fast\-paced, target\-driven environments;
- Professional English C1 level (spoken and written – mandatory);
- Strong collaboration skills within distributed and cross‑functional teams;
- Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability;
- Structured approach to problem solving and decision making;
- Ability to prioritize workload efficiently in a dynamic environment.
