Team Lead Purchasing \& Supplier Quality (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Manage a team of 11 employees, with 3 indirect reports.

  • Take responsibility for service quality and KPIs agreed with internal customers.

  • Supplier Quality: Requalification, IMDS.

  • Purchasing: material creation, tooling management.

  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams.

  • Act as an escalation point of contact for daily operations.

  • Identify process standardization and improvement potentials, and support the implementation process.

Support global initiatives of process changes and digitalization.
  • This is what you bring to us:

  • Professional experience of 3\+ years as a team leader, preferably in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or a similar role.

  • Experience with supplier audits and performance management.

  • Performance\-oriented, good communication skills, and assertiveness.

  • Customer\-oriented problem\-solving abilities.

  • Experience with SAP.

  • Experience with the WeQ system (or similar quality management platforms).

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly MS Outlook and Excel).

  • Excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
