Team & Business Support Co-ordinator
WE’RE HIRING – TEAM \& BUSINESS SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Location: Hamilton / Glasgow
Hours: Full\-time – approx. 36 hours per week
Salary: £26,000–£32,000 FTE, pro rata depending on experience
As The Bridal Group continues to grow, we’re looking for a super\-organised, proactive Team \& Business Support Coordinator to join us.
This is a varied role for someone who loves keeping people and businesses organised. You’ll sit at the heart of the group, helping us look after our team, keep our HR administration accurate, coordinate new starters and make sure all those important behind\-the\-scenes details actually happen.
No two days will look exactly the same.
TEAM \& HR SUPPORT
You’ll help us make sure our team experience is organised and consistent from the moment someone joins us, including:
- Coordinating the full new\-starter onboarding process
- Preparing and issuing employment contracts and HR documentation
- Making sure employee records and personnel information are accurate and up to date
- Setting up new team members on email, iPads and relevant systems
- Making sure new starters receive all relevant company information, policies and documentation
- Keeping track of holidays, absence, probation dates and other key employee dates
- Coordinating probation reviews, 1:1s and other HR meetings with managers
- Preparing documentation and keeping accurate records following HR meetings
- Supporting managers with routine HR administration and ensuring agreed actions are followed through
- Helping coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers and new\-starter paperwork
- Keeping our HR systems and employee files organised and accurate
We want our team to feel looked after too.
You’ll help coordinate:
- Birthdays, gifts and team celebrations
- Staff incentives, rewards and gift vouchers
- Internal team communications and updates
- Team newsletters and important company information
- Training dates, meetings and team events
- Any thoughtful extras when a team member needs a little support
A big part of this role will be helping us keep our systems organised, accurate and up to date across the group.
You’ll be comfortable working with technology and will help manage and maintain:
- Our customer CRM system, ensuring customer information and records are accurate and up to date
- Monday.com boards, tasks, workflows and team access
- Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Canva for creating and updating simple internal documents, team communications and customer materials
- Staff email accounts, iPads, logins and system access
- HR and employee management systems
- Customer communication platforms
- Digital filing and company documentation
BUSINESS \& CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The role will also provide practical support across the group, including:
- Monitoring and helping coordinate customer correspondence
- Supporting our customer CRM and online communication systems
- Arranging flowers, gifts or gestures for customers where required
- Ordering store supplies and monitoring essential stock levels
- Organising travel, accommodation and bookings for business trips, events and buying trips
- Managing and keeping track of company iPads and other equipment
- Helping with general business administration and ad\-hoc projects
- Providing administrative support to the wider management team where needed
