A boutique investment firm is seeking a bright, organised and personable second jobber to join as a Team Assistant, supporting a busy, collaborative team and acting as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel booking
- Meeting coordination and scheduling
- First point of contact for clients and investors
- Office and facilities support
- Support with processing expenses, and supplier invoices
- Document preparation, printing, binding, and digital filing
- CRM updates
- Event coordination
- Support with onboarding, equipment setup, and starter/leaver processes
- 1 years’ experience in a Team Assistant/FOH/PA or similar role
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Discreet, reliable, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
- Microsoft Office skills
- Positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
