We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to support a small team based in Central London. he company’s work broadly falls into two areas: delivering technical solutions such as renewable energy and storage projects, and providing advisory or facilitation services to help stakeholders make informed decisions about energy systems. This position requires two years corporate experience supporting a team and will pay up to 45k.
The role
- Manage company-wide diaries and calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritisation
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including Board and Committee meetings
- Prepare and distribute Board packs and maintain updates via Board Intelligence system
- Organise monthly team meetings
- Greet external guests, coordinate meeting arrivals, and ensure all visitors are properly logged with building reception in line with security procedures
- Support document management, including updates and electronic signatures
- Handle ad hoc administrative requests from across the team
- Manage the company’s central inbox, responding to enquiries and directing communications appropriately, including CVs and job applications
Must have experience in complex international travel
Able to work in a small environment
Interest in the Energy sector
