Team Assistant, Finance - Working Student (50%)
Are you a student looking to gain hands\-on experience in finance? We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to support our Operational Finance and Risk Management team with day\-to\-day payment processing and reconciliation tasks.
As part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment, this role requires working fully on\-site.
Tasks \& Responsibilities
- Handle the processing of various types of payments
- Ensure precise and timely booking of all payments issued
- Organize payment runs
- Reconcile bank accounts in various currencies on a weekly basis
- Support the Financial Accountant in daily tasks
- Interact professionally with various internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare ad\-hoc reports for the Finance Operations Manager
Requirements
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1\); German (C1\) is also required
- Technical Skills: Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team\-oriented mindset
- Salary: CHF 25\.00 per hour (gross)
