Teaching Assistant
Zest Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a lovely Year 2 class at a welcoming primary school in the Lichfield area. This full-time role begins immediately after May half term and will continue until July, offering stability and valuable classroom experience.
About the Role
- Full-time TA position in a Year 2 class
- Supporting whole-class learning, small groups and individual pupils
- Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
- Helping with phonics, reading, maths and daily routines
- Providing a calm, positive presence in the classroom
- Experience working in a primary school or KS1 setting
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
