About the Role We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive school in Winsford. These roles offer the opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ educational journeys by supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons

• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning


• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and activities


• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment


• Provide support for pupils with additional needs where required


• Contribute to the overall wellbeing and safeguarding of all children

About You • Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)

• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners


• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous
