Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistants, Long-Term and Supply Opportunities Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of supportive and welcoming primary schools. We have both long-term opportunities starting in September, as well as flexible day-to-day supply roles available.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, or individuals looking to gain experience within education.
The Role • Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 classrooms
- Opportunities may involve working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant supporting individual pupils, or as a general classroom TA supporting the wider class
- Work closely with class teachers to support learning and development
- Provide one-to-one and small group intervention support where required
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Support classroom behaviour and pupil wellbeing
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
