Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: M19 Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-min unpaid break)
Pay: £14.75 to £16.95 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (Temp to Perm Opportunity)

Reeson Education are recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive primary SEN provision in the M19 area.
This Teaching Assistant role involves supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with SEMH, ASD, and complex needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive in a nurturing environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will:

• Be Level 3 qualified Teaching assistant (or equivalent).


• Have Team Teach or similar restraint training.


• Be confident supporting children with emotional regulation, communication, and social skills.


• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver structured interventions and individual plans.


• Bring positivity, resilience, and patience every single day as teaching assistant!
