Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role? Do you enjoy supporting children in their learning and development? If so, we would love to hear from you!

We are currently working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools across Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill who are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams on a Monday to Friday basis.

The Role

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups


• Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities


• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning


• Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a school setting is essential


• A passion for supporting children's education and development


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A proactive and flexible approach to work


• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is preferred
