About the roles
We have multiple positions available, including:

• 1:1 Support Roles - supporting students with additional needs


• Full Classroom Support - assisting teachers across a range of subjects


• Small Group Intervention - helping pupils achieve their learning goals


• Behaviour Support Roles - working closely with students to promote positive engagement and learning behaviours

These roles are available on a short-term, long-term and permanent basis, providing flexibility whether you're looking for consistent work or varied experience across different schools.

What we are looking for
We welcome applications from candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)


• Are passionate about supporting student learning and development


• Are adaptable, proactive and able to build positive relationships


• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
