Description
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and ensure timely submissions.
- Manage tax reporting processes, including preparation of tax disclosures and returns.
- Provide expert tax advice to internal stakeholders on business initiatives.
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities in line with current regulations.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
- Collaborate with external advisors to handle tax audits and queries.
- Support the finance team with tax-related matters and training where needed.
- Maintain accurate tax records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
A successful Tax Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of UK corporate tax regulations and compliance.
- Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy, such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
- Experience in industry in a similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £87,000 inc. car
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days.
