Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Manager in our Alternative Investments team

With passion and purpose, we deliver modern tax services, data\-driven solutions and the international tax advice organizations need to succeed.

What you will be working on

• You will participate in diversified projects with clients active in the Alternative Investments sector (Real Estate, Private Equity, private debt and Infrastructure).


• You will assist our clients with tax structuring and tax due diligence advice.


• As a manager, you will handle a portfolio of national and international clients active in the alternative investments sector, play an important role in the further development of our tax practice and


• build and develop excellent client relationships.


• You will integrate a young and dynamic team, work closely with consultants, be responsible for supervising and coaching your team and have extensive contact with colleagues worldwide.

What we look for

• On top of your degree in Economics, Finance or Tax Law, you have at least 4 years experience in a similar function in corporate tax advisory.


• You have solid knowledge about the Luxembourg tax legislation system and have gained relevant experience in the alternative investment industry.


• You display a positive and enthusiastic and team spirit attitude and are able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.


• You are fully committed and ready to share your knowledge with your colleagues.


• You are fluent in English. French, Luxembourgish and /or German will be considered as an advantage.
