Description

• Prepare and review tax returns to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.


• Manage tax records and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting.


• Provide advice on tax-related issues to support organisational decision-making.


• Ensure timely submission of all tax filings and payments.


• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.


• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tax efficiency and processes.


• Support the preparation of financial statements with accurate tax provisions.


• Act as the primary point of contact for external tax advisors and authorities.

Profile

A successful Tax Accountant should have:

• A recognised qualification in accounting or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, or QBE


• Experience in tax compliance and reporting within a professional setting.


• Knowledge of tax regulations.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in accounting ERP software and tax-related tools.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
