Talent Sourcing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Talent Sourcing Assistant to support our recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and developing expertise in candidate sourcing and market research.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Screen candidate profiles against job requirements.

Engage with potential candidates and support initial outreach activities.

Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system.

Support interview scheduling and recruitment administration.

Assist with recruitment projects and market mapping activities.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related

field.

Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work with confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online research tools.

Experience using LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.

Benefits:

Base Salary: 1200€/ month

Meal Allowance: 6€/ working day

Transportation Allowance: 40€ / month

Work model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office

Contract Type: 6 month fixed term contract, renewable
