TALENT ATTRACTION INTERN

Join our Human Resources Team!

As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will support the Talent team in managing recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and employer branding initiatives. You will collaborate closely with different stakeholders, ensuring smooth candidate experience and contributing to the attraction of top talent.

This internship offers a 6‑month placement, giving you hands‑on experience in a dynamic HR environment while developing your skills in Talent Acquisition and people management.

Your passion – our daily business

• You will support recruitment processes by filtering CVs, conducting first screening calls, and participating in interviews.


• You will assist in creating and publishing job postings for internships and employee positions.


• You will manage candidate data in our ATS, ensuring correct tagging and database organization.


• You will support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging first\-day experience for interns.


• You will collaborate with universities and assist in managing internship agreements.


• You will support internal HR communication and manage shared documentation and tracking files.


• You will participate in job fairs, engaging with candidates and representing the company.


• You will contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn posts and Talent projects).


• You will support feedback collection, surveys, and follow\-up processes with interns and tutors.


• You will participate in continuous improvement and Talent\-related projects.

What you’ll bring along

• You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Previous experience is not required, but a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR is essential.


• You are fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.


• You have a good level of Excel and feel comfortable working with data and tracking tools.


• You are organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive.


• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• You are able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast\-paced environment.
