TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
At MELLER, we are growing fast across Europe and looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across our retail stores, headquarters, and international teams.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their Talent Acquisition career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to international recruitment within a fast\-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
From Store Managers in Italy to Head Office roles in Barcelona, you will play a key role in building the teams behind MELLER's international growth.
Your Mission
You will support end\-to\-end recruitment processes across different countries and functions, helping us identify, attract, and hire the talent that will drive MELLER's future growth.
Working closely with hiring managers and the People team, you will contribute to delivering an outstanding candidate experience while helping us continuously improve our hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Screen applications and conduct first\-round interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Collaborate on Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements.
- Support broader People \& HR initiatives when required, including onboarding, employee experience, and people\-related projects.
- Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and best practices.
- 2\+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition o Recruitment.
- Experience managing recruitment processes and candidate communications.
- Strong interest in sourcing and attracting talent.
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail\-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Passion for people, recruitment, and candidate experience.
- Experience recruiting for retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Experience in international recruitment environments.
- Additional European languages.
- Exposure to employer branding or talent attraction initiatives.
- Experience working in fast\-paced or high\-growth companies.
