YOUR ROLE

As part of SII Netherlands’ growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as the right hand to the Senior Business Manager.

In this role, you will play a key part in scaling our presence in the Netherlands by driving strategic hiring and supporting overall business growth.

Your responsibilities will be split across two main areas:

Own end\-to\-end recruitment processes

• Manage full\-cycle recruitment for engineering roles (with potential exposure to IT positions over time)


• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and niche platforms


• Conduct screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments (skills, motivation, cultural fit)


• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines

• Partner with the Senior Business Manager and hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities


• Contribute to employer branding initiatives


• Implement and monitor recruitment processes, KPIs, and reporting


• Lead projects aimed at improving hiring practices and efficiency

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in business or engineering


• 2–4 years of experience in engineering recruitment, ideally with some exposure to IT roles


• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)


• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills


• Proactive, detail\-oriented, and ambitious mindset
