As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help shape the future of our organization by connecting great people with meaningful opportunities. You will manage recruitment processes from A to Z across a broad mix of technical and commercial roles in different countries and for different levels of seniority.
Job description
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for hiring managers, taking the time to understand their needs and helping them make strong hiring decisions. At the same time, you will create a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout their journey with Materialise. You will be part of our global Talent Acquisition team, working closely with colleagues across regions to support hiring needs worldwide, share expertise, and continuously improve the way we attract and hire talent.
What you will do* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define the best recruitment approach
- Guide and coach hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process
- Manage the full talent acquisition process from intake to the offer stage and onboarding handover
- Recruit for a diverse range of technical and commercial profiles across different countries and levels
- Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and the effective use of recruitment tools and channels
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from the first interaction until the first day at Materialise
- Collaborate with stakeholders across a complex, international matrix organization
- Contribute to and lead global HR and talent acquisition projects
- Bring new ideas, insights, and best practices to help strengthen our recruitment approach worldwide

- You know how to balance business needs with candidate care, and you enjoy working in a fast\-changing environment
We are looking for someone who has
- Around 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for a mix of technical and commercial roles
- Solid knowledge of selection methods, recruitment tools, and sourcing channels
- A strong ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- The confidence to challenge, advise, and support others in making the right hiring decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, flexible, and hands\-on mindset
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and matrix\-based environment
- Professional fluency in English
