Talent Acquisition Specialist – Johnsons Cars, Solihull

Due to continued growth across our business, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding Recruitment team based in Solihull.

- Sourcing and attracting high\-quality candidates using job boards, social media and direct search
- Sifting and shortlisting applications for all roles
- Help to build talent pipelines for future recruitment needs
- Creating engaging job adverts and promoting vacancies across multiple platforms
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Supporting with recruitment projects
- Previous experience in internal recruitment or with a recruitment Agency
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
- A proactive, solution\-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Automotive recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential

Pay: Up to £30,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Solihull (West Midlands)
